• Healthcare privacy
• Consumer protection
• Fair housing accommodations
• Disability rights
• Payment processing
• Data security

Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws when using our services and documentation.

2. Honest and Accurate Information

Users must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information throughout the evaluation process.

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another individual
• Submit fraudulent documentation
• Misrepresent a disability or condition
• Alter or modify issued letters or documents

Providing false information may result in denial of service, account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action where appropriate.

3. Clinical Independence

All healthcare evaluations are conducted independently by licensed healthcare professionals.

Petesaa does not:

• Direct clinical decisions
• Influence provider recommendations
• Guarantee approval of any evaluation
• Guarantee issuance of any letter

Healthcare professionals exercise independent clinical judgment based on the information provided and applicable professional standards.

4. Appropriate Use of ESA Letters

ESA letters are intended to support reasonable accommodation requests where permitted by applicable laws.

Users acknowledge that:

• ESA letters are not certifications.
• ESA letters are not registrations.
• ESA letters are not government-issued credentials.
• ESA letters do not grant public access rights.
• ESA letters do not automatically qualify an animal as a service animal.

Users must not misrepresent an Emotional Support Animal as a service animal.

5. Appropriate Use of PSD Letters

PSD letters are intended to document a disability-related need that may support a Psychiatric Service Dog.

Users acknowledge that:

• A Psychiatric Service Dog must be individually trained.
• The dog must perform specific tasks directly related to the handler's disability.
• PSD letters do not replace training requirements.
• PSD letters are not certifications or registrations.
• Access rights remain subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Users must not falsely represent an untrained animal as a service animal.

6. Housing and Travel Compliance

Petesaa letters may assist individuals seeking accommodations; however:

• Housing providers may request verification permitted by law.
• Airlines may impose additional requirements.
• Government agencies may have separate standards.
• Final accommodation decisions remain with the applicable entity.

Petesaa cannot guarantee approval, access, or accommodations.

7. Fraud Prevention

Petesaa actively monitors for fraudulent activity, including:

• Identity fraud
• Payment fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Misrepresentation of disabilities
• Document tampering
• Unauthorized use of provider information

Suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension of services and referral to appropriate authorities when required.

8. Ethical Treatment of Animals

Users are expected to ensure that animals associated with ESA or PSD requests:

• Are treated humanely
• Receive proper care
• Are appropriately supervised
• Do not pose a direct threat to others
• Comply with applicable public health requirements

Petesaa does not support or condone animal neglect, abuse, or exploitation.

9. Provider Protection

Users may not:

• Harass healthcare professionals
• Attempt to influence clinical outcomes
• Demand approvals or letters
• Publish private provider information
• Use provider credentials for unauthorized purposes

Provider safety, privacy, and professional independence must be respected at all times.

10. Verification and Credential Use

Any provider credentials, license numbers, verification IDs, or professional information included in documentation:

• May only be used for legitimate verification purposes.
• May not be reproduced for fraudulent use.
• May not be altered, copied, or misrepresented.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Reporting Concerns

Individuals who believe that services, users, providers, or third parties are violating this Policy may report concerns to:

Petesaa will review reports and take appropriate action where warranted.

12. Enforcement

Petesaa reserves the right to:

• Deny services
• Cancel orders
• Suspend accounts
• Refuse future services
• Report unlawful activity
• Pursue available legal remedies

when users violate this Policy or applicable laws.

13. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, regulations, industry standards, or business practices.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Petesaa services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
