These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Petesaa website, services, evaluations, and related products offered by PETESAA LLC ("Petesaa," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Description of Services
Petesaa provides an online platform that facilitates access to licensed healthcare professionals who may conduct evaluations for:
- Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters
- Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) Letters
- Related telehealth consultation services
Petesaa is not a medical provider, healthcare practice, law firm, government agency, or housing authority. Medical evaluations and clinical determinations are made solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.
Petesaa provides an online platform that facilitates access to licensed healthcare professionals who may conduct evaluations for:
- The information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- You are requesting services for yourself unless otherwise permitted by law.
- You will not submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information.
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Submission of an assessment, questionnaire, or payment does not guarantee:
- Qualification for an ESA Letter;
- Qualification for a PSD Letter;
- Approval by a healthcare provider;
- Approval by a landlord, housing provider, airline, employer, educational institution, or other third party.
All recommendations and determinations are made solely by the evaluating licensed healthcare professional based on their independent clinical judgment.
4. Telehealth Services
Certain services may involve telehealth evaluations conducted by licensed healthcare professionals.
By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person evaluations.
- Electronic communications may involve inherent technological risks.
- Clinical decisions are made solely by the healthcare professional.
- Emergency medical services are not provided through Petesaa.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency assistance.
5. ESA and PSD Letters
ESA and PSD letters issued through our platform are clinical recommendations when approved by a licensed healthcare professional.
Petesaa does not sell:
- Government-issued certifications;
- Service animal licenses;
- Registrations;
- Identification cards;
- Official government credentials.
ESA and PSD letters are not guarantees of housing accommodation, transportation access, airline approval, public access rights, or legal protection in every circumstance.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information;
- Use services only for lawful purposes;
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You may not:
- Misrepresent a disability;
- Alter or modify issued documents;
- Use services for fraudulent purposes;
- Submit false or misleading information.
7. Payments
All fees are displayed before purchase.
By submitting payment, you authorize Petesaa and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees for services selected.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Certain services may become non-refundable once:
- A provider has been assigned;
- A clinical review has begun;
- A letter has been issued;
- Medical services have been rendered.

9. Verification Requests
Landlords, housing providers, airlines, or other authorized third parties may request verification of a provider's credentials.
Verification is subject to:
- Patient authorization;
- Applicable privacy laws;
- Provider availability.
Petesaa does not disclose confidential medical information without appropriate authorization or legal requirement.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and materials are owned by Petesaa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petesaa disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Availability or uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PETESAA LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Petesaa, its affiliates, providers, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- False information submitted by you;
- Misuse of issued documents.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Petesaa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
